Are there any Extra Charges applied during Checkout?

Not at All! There are zero extra charges added during Checkout. VUWS ensures you pay only the cost of the product & nothing extra.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) Accepted?

Yes, VUWS offers the option to pay using Cash at the time of Delivery. COD is accepted only for orders below ₹5000. To know more, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Can we return after a purchase?

Yes, you definitely can return items after purchase only if it is applicable as per our Returns Policy.

How to find my Order ID?

To Find your Order ID, Go to your Account, then go to Orders, Scroll down to your wished Order & you will see there it is written something like: "Order #VUXXXXWS". This is your Order ID.

How to find the Product Code of a Product?

To Find the Product Code of a specific product, open that product, then scroll down where you see "PRODUCT DETAILS". Open the PRODUCT DETAILS, and there you will find the product code.
